Roobets strictly refrains from providing services to anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect any information from minors.
If a member is genuinely under 18 and has created a Roobets account, their legal guardian or the member themselves should notify us immediately. The account will be closed and any collected data will be deleted.

Many people using online services in Bangladesh are understandably concerned about the safety of their personal information. Your name, mobile number, and payment details are highly sensitive. From day one, Roobets has believed that earning user trust means never compromising on data protection.
Our technical team regularly tests the system for vulnerabilities — a process known as penetration testing. The system is examined from an external attacker's perspective, and any issues found are fixed immediately. This is not a one-time exercise — security is an ongoing process.
Even within Roobets, staff access to your data is strictly limited. A support team member helping you can only view the information necessary to resolve your issue — they are not granted access to financial records or your full gaming history, as that access simply isn't needed.
Yes, within certain limits. Financial transaction and KYC records must be retained for a set period due to legal obligations — this is not Roobets' own preference, but a requirement under international AML laws. Beyond that, however — marketing data, usage preferences, cookies — you can delete or modify these at any time.
Once your account is closed and the applicable legal retention period has ended, Roobets automatically anonymises your data — meaning it is stored in a way that can no longer be traced back to you. This allows aggregated statistical data to be used for analysis, while your identity remains fully protected.
The same Privacy Policy applies to the Roobets mobile app. During installation, certain permissions may be requested — such as notifications or storage access. The app explains why each permission is needed. You can still use the core service even if you choose not to grant certain permissions.
